Uh, fellas, could it perhaps be that folks are fearin' a one-on-one meeting in your area? This IS part of why folks get group events going - a gathering is an easier place to meet folks, and to get known.

Getting known by others makes you seem much safer, as a general rule. I've yet to meet a 'lee that wasn't predisposed to tickling back in some form or other. Most will do it for fun, and those who don't find it fun will usually do so out of a sense of consideration, since you're also doin' for them what they want done.
