Oh heck yes! This is my all-time favourite scenario. I frequently fantasize about my wife getting tickled in front of me, usually by a male, often a stranger.

Like, say we were both kidnapped by a complete stranger, we were both tied up and she were tickled (and more) in full view, completely helpless to do a thing about it.
