I was wondering what happened to the Forum today. I know that a new program called Apache was installed. What does this mean and how will it change/enhance things?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Hmmm...

I guess Geronimo will attack the TMF trolls from now on??? 😛

You will see no changes based on what happened today. Basically we were cleaning up the server and removed a file too many. 🙂 We fixed it, and now you can return to the fun.

Apache is the program that most commonly handles html code on Linux boxes such as the one we are running on. I accidentally broke the server today when I deleted a file that appeared to be a temporary place holder but was actually an important place holder 🙂, causing apache to reset itself, which is why we had that message. Actually we've been using apache all along, and the only change we had today was from fixed, to broken, to fixed again 🙂
