lol...thats possibly one of the most well-known anime tickling clips around, so its quite likely that those into anime will have a;ready have it. (It was the first thing I downloaded off the net lol).

Anyway...if you want to host it regardless, you'll need some sort of web-host, like Yahoo or suchlike. Upload it up to there, and then link it to us in a post here 🙂
