Are you sure you have the right episode? I know she got one bare foot tickled with a feather by Don Torelli in the episode about the stolen kimonos (#51). What kind of tickling happened in the episode you gave?

Man, the tickling in TMNT was felony stupid. All that time spent on guys and darn little on the chick.

same thing with the Great Boldini ep (if you appreciate underage tickling. to me, tickling is tickling, and shouldn't be limited by age). All this time spent on tickling Zach, while all Caitlin gets is a quick laugh and says "never". We don't even SEE her getting tickled. Which, if u've seen the whole ep, is a total gype, as earlier in the episode, before capturing both kids, Don Tortelli just has Caitlin, and he threatens her with a feather. He even says "where do you want it, blondie? Under the arms? The soles of you'r feet?"
