Who knows? Somehow the normal erotic connection having to do with sexual arousal gets skewed. It is caused either by heredity or cultural conditioning. I have had sexual feelings in regard to feet and tickling feet since my earliest memories. I am inclined to believe that it is caused by some experience with feet at a very early age.
