Hi let me introduce myself

i m sl44n3sh and i like to draw. especially in comic styles.
and one of my favourite subjects are ... well see for ur self
(hint well it s posted at a tickling forum can u guess now?!)

so i call myself an artists - i think thats all for my introduction,

I PMed you, and I expect a response as a contributing member, with all due respect to you and your position.

And for the record, this isn't an accusation. I provided my proof. And deleting the relevent parts of those posts doesn't change a thing. Everyone read them, and the situation remains the same.

He stole my picture in spite, copied it, and now he's getting unfair shielding by this forum when in fact he should be dealt with in some manner.

I already know that when and if he posts here again he'll deny it. But this is the only medium I have to communicate my disgust in what he did. Simply talking to him is like talking to a wall, and it will only be more volitle that way. I won't get justice that way either.

I've provided my proof, and I will again, as is my right. This thread didn't get out of hand until ziggy entered the thread and attempted to rouse me.

Here is my proof-

1- Everything about the picture is copied to the last detail, even the errors.

2- This picture did not exist in any other form, and he was fully aware of my picture.

3- He doesn't like me, and in order to stick it to me, he's copied my picture without my permission, and I can't believe he's getting support for it.

4- I'll provide the picture again, if needed.

Just as he has the right to post, I have the right to post.

Theres nothing good about what he did, and I'll be damned if someone is going to get a free ride from me and my work no matter how good or bad it is.

You can keep deleting this as many times as you want, but thats not going to change anything. If I wasn't absoluely sure about this, I wouldn't make a deal about it.

I can't believe you people are being that damn blind and turning a cold shoulder at the proof I've offered you.

Just as he's being shielded by the post deletions, I reserve the right to protest and do whatever I can to make sure he's not only given some kind of punishment, but that I at least am not stolen from again by him.

I'm sure ziggy is getting a kick out of this and laughing his guts out, but I'll have the last laugh because I'm an honest man. Unlike this artist s1443nsh who has done something unbecoming of an artist at any caliber.

If this post is regarded as spam or as a flame and deleted, then I'll take it up with the owner and settle things. And I shouldn't have to go that far. I have every right to discredit his work when its stolen. In fact, everyone should be wary of this and not just accept it. Exposing things like this is a good thing, not a bad thing. I will fight tooth and nail to get my credit for my work and have s1443sh punished for stealing it.

I only hope people don't assume that because of this event that I'm some kind of cold person. I'm not. But when you mess with me like this s1443nsh character has, I'm not going to let it go.

Again, this forum is the only medium I have to ferret him out. If there were any methods available that I haven't already tried I would surely take them. And this only actually involves this forum because he posted that picture here, took credit for it, and is refering you to his site based on that. He's advertizing using MY DAMN WORK!

I don't care how pety it may seem to an outsider. But this is my property. I drew it to share it with everyone, not to have it ripped off and used to better someone else.

Just like people have the right to give him compliments for the picture he stole from me, I have the right to do something about it and vent my frustrations and press this on until a get what I want.

Thats the way it is, period. No one uses me for anything.


You know what, this is sick. I shouldn't have to even be doing this. Whats wrong with giving me an honest public apology and admitting and giving me credit? Whats wrong with me wanting it? I have a right to it afterall.

Think about it, if I was lying, is this worth it? Whats to gain from this? I have nothing to gain, but something to lose if he is allowed to get away with this.

I don't want this any more then you do. I hate being like this, its not me.

Look man, I actually agree and know that you had done this piece before him, but maybe you shouldn't get so upset. Immitation is the sincerest form of flattery. And in my opinion, any piece, albeit a copy or not, is always nice to have in the forums for people to view. And it's not really going to do a whole lot to "try and punish him" on these forums because he already has many members of the forum signed up with his club. You really should just look at is as more optimistically, a guy who was inspired by your piece and wanted to try and make it better, and you should feel good knowing someone liked your piece enough to try and build on it. I mean, I would probably never redo a piece unless I felt it was one that I had on my appreciation list. If it makes you feel any better, you can yell at me after seeing this, even though everyone knows I'm the biggest piece of crap artist on the forum there is

No no friend, you didn't upset me, don't worry.

But look, I seriously have considered that that could be a possibility. But theres just some things that don't fit.

1- It isn't flattery. Its up to me to decide if I'm flattered, and I wasn't. I was made upset.

2- Him and I are not on good terms as I said before. There would be no reason for him to do this as an act of admiration or respect.

3- You shouldn't copy people. And in this case or any, I don't want him mimmicking me. He's an artist, let him find his own way.

Everything else you said is true, and I truely thank you for responding the way you did. It actually calmed me a bit, thank you. All I want is credit. I think as a contributing and SHARING artist who isn't really into this fetish theme but is meeting you all half way with it, I deserve at least that much.

I won't post anymore on this topic until he becomes involved himself.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone, but as you could see, I'm very upset. In fact, its not often that I burst out like that. I'll just be a man about this and hope for the best like I have been. Theres no doubt what he did was copy my picture. I'll just have to let this one go. But if this happens again, or if he follows my trend or chooses to draw exactly what I do or basically mimmicks me further, then I will pursue this as then I will be 100% sure and all of you will be my witnesses.

Very well then. I accept your apology, and I'm glad that you gave me credit. I forgive you in full, and I'm glad you that you were able to clear this up.

However, from an artist to another artist s144n3sh, let me share something with you.

See...not every artist is going to think the same way. What I mean is, while you thought it was a source of inspiration, the situation didn't make it look that way. See, in truth, you posted that pic without saying anything about the picture at all. I honestly believe if you would have explained whats going on as you posted the pictures both here and on your group, that this whole situation could have been avoided. What had made me angry is that you chose my picture to introduce yourself here, when it would have been more appropriate to use one of your own pics. But, whats done is done.

Without having to be angry anymore, its nice to know an amateur's work, like mine, is worthy of any kind of recognition or praise. So, I'm also sorry for almost everything I said, ALMOST.

The reason I say almost is because on your group, I noticed you posted VERY OLD messeges of mine from some time ago, and they had nothing to do with this situation. I noticed that inparticular, you brought the religious thing up. I'm not sure what your trying to make a point of with that, but I don't appricate it even if you have made good on this matter. Those old posts make me look like some overzealous religious monger that only posted that because of you. Thats not true, even though I believe what I said. As far as the other accusation, its possible I was wrong about that one. Its 50/50 as far as I know. I responded to the messege GC posted, so you can see that.

I want to know here, in public, why you posted those old messeges. Are you trying to start something up or make people think something bad about me? I need to know before I'm forced to assume what seems obvious. Because theres no reason to bring very old topics back from the dead.

But back on topic, I forgive you, and I'm glad to know what you were trying to do. Its such a relief and a weight has been lifted. I'm glad you did the right thing. But as I said in the messege I sent you on your group right now, please don't ever do this again unless you have my permission or I'm ok with it. If you don't, it will only cause a conflict again, and neither of us needs that.
