I'm disturbed by their sponsorship of this forum. AshleyMadison deliberately advertises and advocates, in fact, glamorizes cheating on your spouse. I don't believe anyone on this site has ever publicly said that anyone should be unfaithful for the sake of our interest and enjoyment of tickling or for any other reason. Now I know the nature of most of the sponsors here are at least partly pornographic, but I believe there is a distinction, in that they don't advocate betrayal of a husband or wife.
I'm not naive, I know affairs happen, nobody's perfect, and someone's personal behavior is their business, but encouraging someone to have an illicit affair for the sake of profit is just plain immoral.

I would like to ask anyone who agrees to ask the administrators and moderators to reject this sponsorship.

It's been a debated issue since the ad first showed up. It seemed the consensus here is that, even though we don't particularly *like* the ad, if someone is going to cheat, they're going to cheat. If it only takes something as simple as an ad on a forum to make them stray, their relationship was already in trouble. The ad isn't going to make a faithful person cheat. So yeah, none of us really like it, but it's pretty easy to ignore and not worth starting a shitstorm [not that that's what you're doing, but some people might try].

I said this in the last two threads about it, and I'll say it again.

Nobody in a solid relationship is going to be affected by that advertisement. Nobody. They'll see it and laugh, knowing full-well that they, nor their spouse would ever even take it into consideration.

And hell, that's only if you notice it. All these threads are doing is giving it more and more attention. I log on here every day and I never notice the damn thing. The only time my eyes flick back to it is when I'm reminded that it's there.

That's true, it's just the glamorizing and profiteering that bothers me. I just wanted to bring it up, I didn't know it had already been debated.
