Magician saws a girl in half then BRIEFLY (blink and you'll miss it) tickles her feet through her shoes.

I have no idea what the name of the movie is or even what country its from. But if someone can recognize the the subtitles and tell me (I think its Korean), I'd be happy to Google it as best I can.

I'm curious to see the rest of the movie, even if that was the only "tickling" that was involved. It looks interesting. I just have no idea what the name of it is.
