Does anyone have any legit questions from an honest carsalesman? I know that sounds antithetical, but it isn't. Have had 10 years in the business, multiple dealerships, etc.

On occasion. If you buy used that isn't certified with extended original warranty, you would benefit. Honestly, it depends on what the extended warranty covers.

Not really. The "no haggle" places are usually "minor haggling". CarMax is a no haggle place that people go because they hate feeling like they're getting screwed and for convenience sake. Honestly...it all depends on what you are buying and when.

Henry wasn't wrong. Service and Parts is about 70% of the dealerships I've worked at.
