Lol, I hear ya!

That depends. When I go up north, that's always a good stress buster... its so beautiful and peaceful up there. I'm fortunate to be able to take such getaways quite often 😀

But in general, listen to music, take a walk or a drive or even posting on here can be helpful I find.
