Are you REALLY a doctor?

Are you one of the hospital ones, one of the academic ones, or one of the insane, evil, "take-over-the-world" ones?
 
Today at 10:45 I am seeing a doctor who's name no one can pronounce in a new medical building not quite yet completed for possible flu/pneumonia type symptoms which the receptionist sounded like she also has. Should I save time and money by just shooting myself now?
