ASMR Role Play

Does anyone else on here watch the ASMR Role Play videos on Youtube? To be more specific the ASMR Kidnapping Role-Plays.

I have been watching them for a while now, saw a lot of ASMR artists doing them.

I found a good one [Well, it's really a series of, I think three videos.-Only watched the first two] last night. They are by “Stephanie7whispers”, and she is the best I've saw at playing crazy, almost scary good.

Probably a dumb question since everyone else seems to know, but what does ASMR stand for? I've seen these letters here and there but no one ever explains what they stand for

I tried watching one a while back - it was by WhispersUnicorn, I think. Wasn't keen. Seems like an odd scenario for a video that's meant to be relaxing lol. Still, they seem fairly popular. Each to their own and all that. :shrug:

ASMR stand for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response". Basically it is videos meant to help you relax or fall asleep.

There are a few types of ASMR. The audio is the most common, but there are visual [like someone moving their hands really slow in front of your eyes], and also physical [like a massage or a back rub-of course, you can't physical ASMR though the internet]

And, it's not a dumb question. I didn't know either at first.

Yeah. I don't watch the ASMR RP's for the relaxation of it, they are just fun videos.
