You're getting better. Much better. The expressions on they're faces are more detailed, and the feet are lookning better too. However, its hard to tell that that is a straightjacket and not just a regular shirt. A way to correct that is th make the arm straps thicker, and not show the breasts, since they would be covered by her arms for the most part.
One more thing is the ticklee's head. Its too big. Or maybe its just the hair. But it gives the look that her head is unproportional to her body.
Other than that, the picture is good. Much better then previoud ones. 🙂
