Because I had a bit more free time today, I thought I'd do another drawing, and scan and post it right away. Due to the positive reactions on the older drawing I posted previously (the soviet-like general) I just had to do something with that.

As this character is obviously some high ranking officer that is feared for her merciless tickle torture methods, I'd figured it'd be neat if she were caught by some Resistance movement, and getting the same treatment as she would give her captives. 😀
