I know there are a ton of tickling sites out there but I'm looking to start up an exclusive tickling clique in the DC metropolitan area. This group will be predominately African American women but not excluding other races. The reason for this is because 85% of the tickle sites I run across are dealing with everything but African American women. I would love to see extremely attractive ticklish African American women involved in interesting tickling situations with stocks and the hole nine. My goal is to host a few parties, start out slow and meet interesting people with a tickle fetish. Eventually I would like to host a site and let the games begin.
