The tickler sits in a wide, kitchen armchair. The lee is beneath, on her stomach, legs tied up to the legs of the chair and feet probably come to the seat height or a bit higher. The ler's hands naturally daggle off the arm rests that the tips of his fingers rest on the lee's feet. For extra and more temporary punishment, the lee's arms are tied back and straight to the back support of the chair. The ler can reach down and back to get the pits. Most of the time, arms are free. Its basically a broken, spread out hoetie under an open chair.
A more sadastic attitude adjustment:
The ler carefully chops up burning nettle into tiny pieces and mixes with baby oil. The lee is sitting in a chair with legs out and tied. So recliner or solid chair with foot stool at same length of chair bottom. The ler applies the nettle and oil mixture to the bottom of lee's feet. He can either use a hairbrush to tickle, or work in the oil with gloved hands. The thought is to have the lee's feet both burning and unbearable from the nettle, while also being ticklish and tickled.
Feet could also be hairdyed blown with that oil.
