We recently changed our password and e-mail, and ever since, we have been unable to post or reply. We are able to sign in, but nothing more. We decided to create a new account so we could contact one of the moderators, but none of you take messages or e-mails, so we are are forced to post here. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It sounds like when you changed your e-mail address, you never received your confirmation e-mail needed to verify the change, so your account became "frozen."

Unfortunately, only the admin can manually reset accounts, but a workaround that some people have reported is to change some of the lower-case letters in the e-mail address listed for your account into the upper-case equivalents, then click to confirm the changes. You should then receive another validation e-mail from tickletheater.com -- be sure to check your spam folders, because sometimes it is delivered there by mistake. Once you click the validation link in that e-mail, your original account should be unfrozen.

In the future, and for anyone else needing to contact us, it is sometimes difficult to catch the admin as he frequently is away. Your best bet if you have trouble is to PM one of the mods or to send us an email. ^^

I confirmed that the account is marked as "awaiting e-mail confirmation." Unfortunately, only TT could manually reset the account if the workaround doesn't take effect 🙁
