Hi everyone
I was getting tired of listening to my music through my computer speakers, so I m getting myself some better quality audio equipment for my music.
Howegver, I really don't know where to start.

However, I have no idea how I will set this up, or what other electronics I need to have play CD's and MP3's through this audio system. I undertand that you need a preamp and a player of sorts and other add ons to make floor speakers work, but I have no idea where to start, and what to google ( I have already tried, and found nothing)
Also, could anyone recomment me some floor speakers that are decent in price and quality, preferably in the 200-300 dollar range?

I would get everything from sony.com. Look there. Get a receiver, a cd player and some floor speakers from them. You can make your computer sound go to the receiver and out of the floor speakers hooked up to it if your computer has a working headphone jack.

I just hooked up....

....a Bose Companion 3 set to my machine here....very nice. Nice enough, in fact, that I will probably hook them to my TV.
