This thread is about suggestions.
I recently interviewed Heather Brewer, the New York Times bestseller authoer of the 'Vladamir Tod" and 'Slayers" books (Eight Grade Bites, etc...). She is also a huge anti-bully advocate.
Good stuff, great material. It'll be published locally.
However, this could also be potentially a national feature. I have contacted Parade magazine, Seventeen, Teen Vouge, Teen People, Tiger Beat, Girl's Life, a few other places. No replies.
Does anyone with experience with things like this have any ideas? The local story will be very short, but the one that could be statewide or even national would but much longer and fleshed out. A few thousand words or so.
