Avatar Trouble

Can anyone help me out with adding an avatar to my account?
I tried to in the User CP but there is no where to choose one or to upload one
HELP!

Hiya Aaron. ^_^

If i'm correct, you need to have 10 posts before you have access to having an avatar. So go ahead. Get involved with this site. Once you have 10 or more posts, you will be allowed to choose an avatar that TT gives you, or you can upload one from your computer. If you have any more problems, feel free to PM me and i'll gladly help.

In your User CP, click Edit Avatar, then scroll to the bottom where there is a box marked "Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:" Click the "Choose" button and browse to the image on your computer, then click "Save Changes" at the bottom to confirm. The maximum size for avatars is 64 x 64 pixels or 19.5 kB, whichever is less. If you need help resizing an image, please post it here and I will be happy to resize it for you.

Go to UserCP located near the top of the site. Then click on "Edit Profile". Then type what you want your phrase below your screen name to be in the box under "custom user title."

Well, if Val comes here first then I have no doubt that she'll help you but if she doesn't come here first, I'm willing to help you. Sadly, I have to go at the moment, but I'll definately be on tomorrow to help you if Val doesn't already.

Hey, I just noticed something. TMF doesn't allow avatars and as far as I can see, you don't have an avatar on TMF, melanie. Are you talking about your sig? If so, then i'm afraid that it won't be able to fit as your avatar due to height restrictions. Can you tell me what the avy you had in mind looks like? Cause i'm kinda confused at the moment...

@melanie: I resized your sig image a bit and hosted it on imageshack. To use your sig and allow it to show up in every post you make, go to "User CP" located on the left hand corner, near the top of the page. Then go to "Edit Signature". Then type in [*img]http://img463.imageshack.us/img463/2959/isabeau95zd8hz.jpg[*/img]

But when you type that in, remember not to type the *

There you go. 🙂 If you have any problems, let me know. ^^
