What happened to that baby is absolutely tragic but I think the girl's mother was stupid to leave her at home alone with the newborn baby especially since her daughter had a frequent problem with drug usage. Adding that to the stress of a newborn and two other children is overwhelming for a sane person on a regular day. This was just a tragedy in the making. My heart goes out to that poor baby and the other two children who unfortunately have to deal with the fact their mother was totally inadequate as a mother and insane for the rest of their lives.
