I could just "shake" you for saying anything bad about bacon........😉 A BLT with home grown 'maters is to die for! ( and not just in the cardiac arrest sense) Ever tried to glue a bunch of Baco's back together to form a strip of "bacon"?? Unless I can find some Elmer's Lettuce and Tomatoe glue, then it would be pure folly. I wonder if the beggin' strips you give the dog are not more nutritious than bacon(testing at a healthy 100% fat)? Bacon seems to me somewhat like coffee, smells better cooking than it really tastes, but like you said, Bugman, BTL's and B&E's still rock!! It has to be crispy always!

I like bacon. Crisp. Someone once told me that his doctor told him that bacon never gets digested.


So the bacon I have been eating for going on 44 years is still in my tummy? Ewww...
 
I'm in the mitary and I got in trouble a few days ago ( where on an exercise) not for being late bu for not being earl enough. Timing was 8 I was there at 755, should have been there earlier lol, pretty dumb but that's the military. Anyways I got 2 days kitchen ditties outa that and I just friend up about 100lbs of bacon. So much greas I swore I would never eat bacon again and yet I couldn't stop picking at it. It's just to awesome litteraly bacon is a food fit for gods.!!

And bacon strips!

(anyone who has not seen Epic meal time and loves bacon needs to check it out !!!)
