I just want to add a little to the insurance one.
My sister-in-law may lose her house because of these bastards.
They have had thier house for about 4 years now. Suddenly, this new county official declares the area they live in as a flood zone. So, the insurance company drops them. Just like that. Thank you for the payment of your premium, and oh by the way, you no longer have home owners insurance. It reminds me of those f*&ks who dropped the policies of the people in Miami after Andrew hit.
Most mortgages have a clause in them that states if you don't keep insurance on your house, they can re-posses it!
I can't even figure out why they were dropped. Here in Florida, you see commercials for flood insurance all the time becuase home owners insurance policies do not cover flood damage. So if they don't even cover flood damage HOW IN THE HELL CAN THEY DROP THEM?
They can't even find a new insurance company.
Don't you think it should be illegal for an insurance company to do that?
I think it's all a plot of this one county offical. I bet as soon as all these homes are forclosed upon, she'll swoop in and buy all the property, then change it's flood status!
Well, this is the longest responce I've ever given, so I think I'll go now.
