"**Focus on Naughty Tickling!"

Probably a silly question, but what does this mean? Normally I'd guess it meant tickling the naughty bits, but having "barefoot" in the title suggests otherwise, so is it that or, like, girls who drink milk from the container are tickled, or that someone is being tickled in a naughty place like a convent, or what? 🙂
