Does anyone know the premise of the particular episode in which this clip occurred?

The blonde (Melody)'s best friend Bradley (a girl) has told her a secret that she doesn't want to get out. Melody can't keep a secret too well and lets just enough slip that Ted (the guy) figures out she's got something. He tells her, "You know something, Mel. Now spill it." She replies, "No Ted, that's it, I mean it, that's final, all right?" Ted grins and starts tickling her to get her to tell, and needless to say she doesn't last long.

I've seen it a few times. Maybe a few hundred.
