Hi TTers!!!!

Been a while again! Sorry about that hehe

I was recently playing Arkham Asylum and got a crave to do some "Bat-art", and thought the best way to do it and share would be for my favorite site in the world. :super_hap

The concept is simple, Batman is fed up with Catwoman, he always lets her go and she always goes back to pulling the same crap. Well, Bats ain't gonna take it no more! 😉

It's a penciled sketch, and the backgrounds are specially rough. If I can get around to inking it I'll probably smooth them out a little. But for now, I hope this is good enough for you to like.

Welcome back, Janus! Great to see more of your fine artwork at the TTC! Man, Bruce can't crack even the slightest smile when he's donned the cowl, can he! I can't imagine a grimmer, more determined tickler! Well, that's okay... Catwoman's doing enough grinning for them both! If a cat can land on her feet, I guess a bat can land on them too! Batman's dynamic, arch comic-art stance looks terrific! So does the late-night cityscape, with that huge full moon looming over the proceedings! As for Catwoman, she'd better hope that BM has a strong right wrist! Though the way she's suffering, a long drop might be preferable. If this doesn't reform her, nothing will!

Looking forward to the inked version! Please be sure to post it here once it's done!

LBH - Hey!! Great to hear from you my old friend. Nope, Bats is very serious at his craft, even when on tickler duty 😉 Good to hear the pic has a comic feel to it, I do enjoy trying to mimic the DC style, hopefully I'll be getting better at it. And I think our dear kitty is safe enough, judging by my rendition alone, Bats must be about 220 pounds at least(of pure muscle) vs Catwoman's 110 at best, besides, Batman is pretty good at catching falling damsels in distress :lol

Pabuluz - Great to hear you enjoyed the pic, always great to hear nice words from a fellow artist. I'll be waiting to see your Arkham pic. :coolthumbup

As a longtime Bats fan, I gotta say, great pic! The poses, the expression, it's all very reminiscent of some of my favorite artists from the heyday of the Yahoo Legion of SuperTicklish Heroes photo collections. Excellent work! 🙂

FootTickles - Thanks man. Since it's one the focus points of the pic, if not THE focus point, then I try to draw the feet in any of my work a well as possible 🙂

FireFoxSF - Catwoman is one of those characters that you just HAVE TO see getting punished, and what better way, right? I could not possibly have done Batman in a lighter way, it would kill my concept of it actually being Batman :batman: I don't really remember ever seeing Bats as a ler before, so I have no point of comparison to know what the other option actually looks like though...
