So, while your conclusion is complete bullshit, you raise an interesting issue. Even though men are still the offenders more than twice as often as women, the cases where women assault their students are sensationalized, and the rape is portrayed as "every young man's fantasy". In the case you cited, the child's family was completely okay with the "relationship", as sick as that sounds (he was 13, after all). The bigger question is why is it somehow seen as less of a crime when it's a pretty young teacher assaulting a child?

It WAS my fantasy, not in the 8th grade but one year later in the 9th grade, to have sex with my English teacher. She was about 25, blonde, beautiful, with great legs, and even had the habit of kicking off her pumps and walking around the classroom in stockings.

She sexually assaulted her student. The father of her child has a family to raise him.
If the courts play it right, she'll be a registered sex offender for the rest of her life.

I'm going to avoid saying anything unkind, and just try to point out some facts.

Your knowledge and desire for sex at 7 wouldn't have made it legal or right for you to have sex with an adult; you know that, right?
And you know that the concept of legal consent is not based on a child's desire to have sex, no matter how precocious they are.
(That's actually a very common excuse pedophiles use, "She was very mature for her age".)

A dictionary definition isn't the standard for determining what something is. It's not a science or law book. A child doesn't have the mental capacity to agree to have sex with an adult.
So, if it was only the law that was stopping you, who were you going to act on your feelings with? An adult?
You think that when an adult female rapes a male child, she stands to get hurt the worst?
