Beginner male lee seeks female ler, NYC area

I'm a 26 year old single male who is relatively inexperienced in the tickling world (been tickled only a few times and for a few seconds). I'd like to meet a female ler for tickling sessions. (See profile for pic.)

I am located in NYC and I'd be willing to travel to nearby parts of NY, NJ, or CT.
