Now I know what you're thinking; "Poor ol' Double T has lost it! Time to take him to the home🙄" In the first place, I haven't lost it (Mostly 'cause I never had it!), and , second of all, think about it. Now all of us, or at least most of us, enjoy a good tickling now and again! (and again, and again!), but benifits can be reaped. Someone tied down, being delacatly teased, will reflexivly try to cover their ticklish regions, if in bondage, this is akin to isometric excersise, the tightening and relaxing of the muscles, with little or no movement! Tired of doing crunches? That belly tightens up very nicly when one is giggling helplessly! Laugh your way to a "six pack"? Not so terribly far fetched, is it?:sowrong: That's not all! With caerfully timed breathing breaks, tickling can be areobic! It's defineatly cardiovascular, it releases adrenelin, dialating the blood vessels, bringing more blood to vutal body parts!😕 It's a tried and true calorie burner, and just twenty minutes every other day (Twenty-three if your prone to snacking:angel: )raises your metabolism! so laughter truly is the best medicine! Take it from your ol' pal, Double T, and you better all visit me out at the home!:manicd:

So THAT'S why I keep gaining more muscle! Interesting....

Now if I could just get the damn padding to drop aside and make room for the new muscle coming in, I'd be a happy camper indeed!

What alot of people don't know about me is I'm 155 pounds of rippling steel......The problem is I weigh 220. so there's 65 lbs of jello on there!

I've always called Tickling my favorite Sport. It's aerobic for not only the Lee but the Ler as well! Works all your muscles! Gets your heart racing!

Actually, I've always known it was good exercise. I'm with Alex too...flab covering all that muscle. But, hey, I've lost 20lbs since Christmas. We must be doing something right! 😀

An extra point: it's a scientific fact that laughter is good for your health...for example, if you've got a cold or something, the best cure is to laugh as much as possible. Aren't we healthy people! 😛

Along with a sensible diet, I agree.

I have not only lost inches but last night, after a merciless hour of
tickle torture compliments of GuitarPeteTklr, my bloodsugar dropped significantly as well. If only he could come and put me through this kind of "hell" everyday. 😉 😀 :devil:
