Hi Jen,

Before I can answer this, I need to know at which age group this is aimed. Preschool is a big place, do you have Toddlers and Two's, Three's and Fours, Pre-K?

I'm not gonna do your homework fer ya (nyahh nyahh 😀 ), but when I had this type of assignment I sought out kid-friendly places where they could show off their fledgling skills physically and mentally. Think about places where they can explore who they are and what they like, what they can do, and where they can display their individuality-like a costume shop!
We also read books like 'The Little Engine That Could' that explore overcoming adversity, that kinda thing.

Thanks Bella,
I already had 'The Little Engine That Could' plus 7 other books that I found in a teacher's resource book. I also found 8 finger plays, 3 gross motor activities, 8 art projects and a bulletin board to do. The field trip one stumped me. By the time I got to it my imagination "hurt" LOL
I will take your suggestion of the costume shop. That sounds like a ton of fun. I think I would even participate.
