My actual preference would be in a bikini, but that wasn't among the choices offered.

If your prerequisite would be "in a bikini" just say, then people will know what you like.

It depends. Some clothes are good at times while at other times none is better.
For instance, a tank top allows access to the 'pits while still giving the ticklee a feeling that they are covered safely. This can lead to an even heavier reaction than no clothes might cause. Also, tickling under a shirt is often a great way to drive a 'lee nuts, since they can't see quite what you're doing. But, sometimes nothing beats completely bare skin, all unprotected and availible.😀
