I’m getting married soon and fortunately my fiancé is into tickling! Naturally we are wanting to get some good restraints and I’m willing to pay a little more to hopefully get a durable set that can resist pulling 😈 something that allows for different positions (tickling and otherwise 😉 ) and is compatible with different bed sizes would be great! We’ll mostly be using it for a California King though

And while you’re here, what’s your favorite bondage/tickling position??

Soft cloth cuffs that click together with sturdy plastic clips like you see on luggage straps. You can attach them to each other (hands overhead with wrists through the bars of a brass headboard-my favorite!) or click them to a long strap that comes with a loop at the end. Adjustable and perfect for attaching to bed posts, bed legs, etc. at side or bottom of bed. Also lightweight and portable (take with you on honeymoon, romantic getaways, etc.). Etsy and other places offer them. Another favorite of mine is face down (nice change from face up). Basically, endless possibilities. Good luck!

I'd suggest investing in a good set of cuffs, then use rope to tie. Good quality cuffs are worth their weight in gold, and allow for many different positions.

It really depends upon your setup and situation. As pls mentioned, good cuffs are the first I’d look into. Something that won’t leave marks, is comfy, and durable for struggles. Then look at your bed setup. Posts and frames can be used to secure them. I use quick clips to secure the cuffs to whatever type of tether we are using. Very strong, but quick release for emergencies.

Agreed. Very versatile, easy to use (and transport). I have a version that runs underneath the mattress/bed spring (in the event that you have a bed without a headboard or footboard) that can be used pretty much everywhere for a classic spreadeagle. 🙂

weight lifting gloves with velcro wraps plus a rope or sash incorporated in the wrist wraps can be great - no pressure on the wrist as all but very secure. and not expensive.
also, all kind of cuffs could be used with ratcheting tie downs----slide the strap to take up most of the 'slack' then use the 'mind triggering' ratchet noises to tighten the limbs that last inch or two...
