ROTFL, I can confirm it, it is all in Polish indeed and it is supposed to be a warning to all the visitors that the website it reffers to no longer exists because foreman of one of Poland's regions stole its domain 😀 too bad we can't find what we want there but for some reason I find it absurdally funny 😀
