I'd have to say m/f
m/f is usually depicted between friends/lovers and tends to be the most realistic looking.
 
I think we're missing the point of the original question. I don't believe piumasolletica is asking for our favorite gender orientation, but rather is asking for specific scenes in movies that have m/f, f/f, or f/m tickling in them. Of course, I could be wrong. 🙂

One of my favorite movie scenes is an f/m scene from the film "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang" in which Sally Ann Howes is tickling a bare foot sticking out of the sand, while a young girl watches. At first it appears to be Dick Van Dyke's foot, but as she begins tickling in earnest, it turns out to be that of Jeremy, the boy.
 
Now that I read it again I think you're right, Drew! My bad! I'll start thinking...
 
I just remembered another great f/m scene from old Laurel & Hardy movie called "Way Out West." This is one of the most intense tickling scenes I've ever seen in a popular movie.

Stan and Ollie are to deliver a deed for a gold mine to a young lady named Mary Roberts in a Western town. Unfortunely two crooks get wind of this: Mary Roberts' caretaker Mickey Finn and his very attractive blonde wife Lola, who works as an entertainer. Lola poses as Roberts and subsequently the boys mistakenly deliver the deed into her greedy hands. Before they leave town, Stan and Ollie discover their mistake and go back to confront the crooks. There is a big scene that's quite comical, where all four of them are fighting over the deed. At one point, Stanley grabs the deed and disappears into another room. The woman follows him in and quickly locks the door behind her.

Outside the room, Oliver tries to force open the locked door, but the man brandishes a revolver and tells him to get away from it.

Inside the room, Stanley was calmly wearing his normal look of puzzlement and confusion. The blonde advances toward him slowly, fixing him with a look of grim determination. "Give me that deed," she demands. Stanley puts the deed inside his his shirt and gives her a look of defiance. She pounces on him trying to reach in his shirt while they are struggling. Stanley begins a high pitched cackling. She chases him around the room, throws him on the bed and starts tickling the daylights out of him. It's a lengthy scene as Lola just gives poor Stanley the tickling of ten lifetimes. She's absolutely merciless. Even after she finally gets the deed and stops tickling him, he continues the uncontrollable laughter. Ultimately though, our heros regain the deed and deliver it to the rightful owner, Mary Roberts.
 
I have heard of the Laurel and Hardy bit so much that I am interested to track down the clip.
I guess I havent seen many movies with tickling scenes in them because I'm thinking and thinking and none stand out for me. In fact I'm looking over my video shelves and I can't think of any in any of the movies that I own. I guess I don't watch enough movies. heh
 
I remember 2 movies scenes with tickling. 1. Baron of Munchausen (or some like it), Where Moon's king tickle barefeet of his queen. 2. Pink Panther, where David Niven, capuccine's lover (wife of inspector) tickle her in her barefeet under bed, meanwhile she's sit on bed, i love this scene. 😍😍😍😍😍

Another movie that i remember is featuring Michelle Pfeiffer ( but do not know the movie title sorry ), it's from the end 80's or.........so the scene feature her and a man.
She is lying on a sofa, shoes off if i remeber well, and they have danced all night......so she is tired.
Then it's really great : she looks at him sitting next to her, at her feet; once again at him, hesitates and finally gives him her feet saying : please give me a massage🙂.
Then when doing it there are close ups at her face and we could see that she can't stand it, even if it feels good.
Just took the film for that scene, when i heard of that one 😛 😛
But some of you may know the title ?? Or saw it even .....
 
Another f\m is in a 80' movie callec "summer lovers". Daryl Hannah tied upa guy. She said to him "are you afraid I might tickle you? Because I might."
She proceeded to tickle him briefly but the scene is very short.
 
Movie tickling

Anybody see "Summer Lovers" with Daryl Hannah and Peter Gallagher? She ties him to a bed and drips wax on him. Then she tickles him while he struggles. I believe it's out on dvd.

Movie scene

There is a scene on "silence of the ham"not shure of title with Dom Deluis where the killer tickle victim's foot in a shower with a knife.That movie laugh at The silence of the lamb.
 
I love the general hospital scene when the nurse has her shoe removed and is tickled while trying to talk to the doctor. I know its not a movie but its really good.
I also love the tickle torture of hanna from silver cherry she is so cute when she is tickled with oil on her skin.
