what is the best yickling tool? feather, hairbrush, toothbrush or nails or something else?
 
I've used a toothbrush before with little result but my fingers work the best
 
It varies, not only from person to person but also on what spot is being tickled.
For example, on my armpits nothing is better than the ler's thumbs digging in vigorously. But between my toes, a fuzzy pipe cleaner works best.

I'd agree about the variety. As a ler the electric toothbrush has drawn the wildest screams from my lees on their feet. Hands squeezing inner thighs, knees, hips, ribs works really well (and on me as a lee). Light nails on underarms out to the elbows. Kisses on the neck can be unbearable. As a lee, nails on the feet work the best.
 
I find dragging a guitar pick back and forth is absolute hell on ticklish soles. Make-up brushes for the toes or belly button are also a personal favorite 😀
 
Depends on the body part. Stiff feathers, makeup brushes, and an electric flosser are my top 3 favorite tools to use! 😀
 
I would say fingernails. Brushes and feathers are great, but fingernails are always the worst (or should I say best?!)
 
I had an unintentional tool used on me once. Hubby used a roll-on of Biofreeze on my knees and it sent me into hysterics.

Feathers don't work for me. I have been wondering about electric flossers, though. Wondering if it would tickle my feet more or my underarms. For my sides, a person's fingers are enough to send me into ticklish heaven/agony.
 
Detach the head of an electronic toothbrush, and attach a stiff-bristled feather to the vibrating metal connector.

Voila. Sinister and effective.
