No Tickle Hell, Gotta go with TC.
At Tickle Hell Videos, you can get a 55mi. movie of a completely naked woman being tickle tortured for $25. TC is a very close second.

I went for Silvercherry. It's cheaper than TC as a whole, and the tickling is nearly as eviiilllll. 
MTP tickling is almost boring at times, so although the videos are good it lacks the main thing you buy it for.
However, if you could add Last Laugh to this list now it's in business, I'd vote for Francois. Last Laugh Alpha is great fun to watch and in places, it's sexy as hell. Isabelle has a great expression of ticklish agony and the most nibbleable feet I've seen in a while. On top of which it's only $15!!!!! Gott be good! I know it was only an introductory offer, but I hope that Francois keeps his prices closer to FM Concepts, rather than going up to TC's range of the market.
