I found the following Flickr page. It describes a robotic tickling machine. Kind of primitive, but interesting in a nerdish sort of way.

I was really intrigued by this device back when it was initially released. I watched the entire video at least twenty times, listening the generic womanly voice explaining to me how it works.

It's hardly primitive, my friend. It uses an advanced computer generated image to map-out your entire body using the small, tickling device. The user can then select key areas for the 'tickler' to focus on.

Ergo, using more than one device, it could be rather torturous indeed.
