Better Question: Is tickling considered a sexual act?

I ask because I remember seeing some vids of an old guy going up to random, cute girls and asking/paying them to show him their feet. He tickled them a bit too. He said it was part of a study or something, to cover his butt.

It got me wondering if this was illegal in some way. I don't really see the harm in it, even if its a bit deceptive. It is, after all, just feet and tickling.

What do you guys think? Does anyone have the law experience to give a definitive answer?

I'm pretty sure there's no legal repercussions as long as he got a release form signed. Moral, perhaps, but then, we can always repent. But, I've spoken with him. He's a pretty cool person.

The law is different for every state and can get a bit strange.The law a lot of times can be about technicalities.It's all in how a judge or jury interprets it.There was already two things that came up about tickling.So,it can be considered sexual harassment.Somebody just has to think that you are sexually harassing them and a lawsuit can be created.It doesn't seem to take much these days to get sued.It just doesn't happen a lot over tickling.It seems to happen over even more ridiculous things,like wrong directions from Google.Or spilling hot coffee on yourself.

Depends on the person.

If your cock gets hard (for guys, obviously :B), for you it can be sexual and probably mostly is.

IMO, at least, it isn't true that it can only be sexual. You can for example tickle someone in good fun without getting a sexual response from it, and you can tickle someone without wanting that sexual response. Chances are though, if you're here, it's sexual. If you fap to it, it's sexual.

Etc. etc.

That answers the direct question in the topic. As far as the law is concerned, it's up to judge, jury, and whomever you're tickling whether or not it's identified as a sexual act in that instance. Of course, whomever files something against you may not find it sexual so much as they think they can get away with it if they're vindictive assholes.

As far as other people are concerned in situations like that, you can't be too sure.

What's interesting I think, sex or not, is if you pay someone to perform a fetish with you, that can be considered prostitution. But if you film it, well, that's free speech. It reminds me of a bordello I heard of in Czech Republic (I think), where the johns sign a release to be filmed and the sex is uploaded to a pornsite, so it's not so much a bordello as a porn studio. I'm not a lawyer, but it seems like the presence of a camera blurs the line between legal and illegal.

That depends on your jurisdiction. It's technically illegal in Las Vegas to get a massage from the opposite sex if you pay for it. Or it was last time I was in Nevada about 1999.

My take; If I'm getting a blow job, handjob (unless it's the end of a massage), or sex for money, it's prostitution. If I'm not getting those, it's not prostitution. Of course, the law's take may be different in your area.

But if your conscience bothers you about it, don't do it. And if it's illegal, probably should avoid it too.
