In the opening credits of an early season, Luke Perry is tickled on the abs by Jason Priestly. Perry seems very ticklish as he doubles over very quickly when Priestly does this.

If you can pause/slow motion the video clip, check out the 0:05 to 0:06 mark. Perry clearly gets tickled on the abs/front of stomach.
