The problem with CNN and MSNBC is they always , always, bring up right wing terrorism as of late and it's nearly all the time radical Islam and at times a leftist group or a lone leftist loon.To compare law abiding gun owners with terrorists is just totally idiotic!

I imagine Fox News is like the Michael Scott of media outlets.

Amusing to watch, but never take it seriously.

So what news media outlet do you watch, the Mash 16 News?

So what news media outlet do you watch, the Mash 16 News?

I really hope you didn't waste too much of your day thinking that little gem up.

No, actually. I prefer my local news because;
A) It usually applies to me.
B) It's much less likely to have an overwhelming political bias.

The downside of course is that they're usually not as informed as other outlets, but I'll take my chances. I then cross reference that information with various internet news sources, to ensure that the facts match up. There's always the chance that my local news is biased by whomever owns them, but again, that's where the internet news sources come into play.

I will never reference Fox News because not only are they heavily biased, but they've been seen to just plain make up news stories in an attempt to boost their ratings. If that weren't bad enough, Glenn Schizophrenia Beck used to work there.

That's what people do when they're looking for accurate information instead of information that supports their agenda, Mash. That's just crazy!
You must be a left wing atheist homosexual [label not found] Muslim* easterbunny jock toilet bowl alpha foxtrot unicorn liberal fascist.

I also prefer local news. They let me know what's going on in my area and that's more important to me... if something huge is happening in another part of the country or the world, they'll report on that and I don't have to worry about too much political bias from the national news networks. And it's not just Fox News that has a political agenda. All the national news pretty much do.

Fox is just a counter balance to CNN, MSNBC and the three majors, so what's the big deal?

The big deal is that we're kind of getting way off topic now.

What is Fox news going to counterbalance for you if you've already publicly denounced the other news networks? That's not balance. You want your news to support your theories and people will literally vet their news sources to do that.
