Starting in mid 20th century, America, war veterans began buying Harleys, Indians and other domestic brand motor cycles. These men eventually went on to form groups and clubs which evolved into gangs and chapters that spread out over neighboring states. Smaller gangs in other states where dominated and forced to convert as the larger gangs spread out over the U.S. The four major gangs today are the "Hell's Angels, Outlaws, Bandidos and Pagans. Dispite popular ignorance, not all bikers are murderous bullies waiting to pounce on the weak and innocent although it is well known that some have and do. My father was of the 1% and doesn't say much about it. I don't know much about his biker past except that he had his own gang before becoming "affiliated with" as he puts it one of the big 4. To continue protecting my family from potential enemies of my father, I will refrain from using names as I hope anyone else interested in this topic will do. Do you know someone who is/was a biker? Do you think bikers are trouble or do you feel that they generally mind their own business?
