It seems to happen to me in some shape or form every year XD

I once witnessed birthday tickles, although on that occasion they were being dispensed by the birthday girl, which led to her receiving a birthday spanking. (I did not have a chance to participate, lol.)

I don't get tickled... and I've never given any birthday tickles. At least I don't think I have. If any girls in California want to volunteer to be tickled on my next birthday next year then you can do so. 😛
