At 7am, the TMF went down and was not accessible. At 7:03, it was available again.
I tried to make a post then, and got the flood control error message. This is not unusual for me; I often get that error message when posting on the Silly Stuff Forum.
But it said, "try again in 303 seconds." Even worse, it meant it. I was unable to post again until a full five minutes had passed.
But subsequent posts went through normally, without waiting five more minutes. I am very happy that that horrible situation was temporary and fixed itself.
