Nah, Black Widow will let you tie her down, so you can "tickle torture" her for intel. While she lulls you into a false sense of security and power, she pretends to be on the brink of breaking multiple times, all while mind-gaming you into giving up all of the intel she needs.
Then when SHE is done with YOU, she'll stop laughing. Tell you she was faking being ticklish all along, then snap the restraints and knock you out...
... later that evening, while being debriefed by Nick Fury, Clint walks by Natasha and pokes her side, causing her to squirm and giggle. They both exchange knowing smirks. Fade to black. End scene.

Well that would be interesting! I feel though that she is extremely ticklish herself, wouldn't you say? I don't know why, I just feel like she is.
