Just a thought... after watching a particular episode it occured to me that 12th Division Captain: Kurotsuchi Mayuri would make a good tickler. Not only would he probably enjoy it but his Soul Slayer Ashisogi Jizou produces a serum which paralyzes the body so it cannot move, but allows the person to continue feeling. Something like this would be ideal for tickling. As for the 'lee, take you pick from the thousands of babes on Bleach, Matsumoto may be a good place to start 😉

Not to spam with something unproductive, but while Ashioji Jizou indeed causes paralysis, it then amplifies the nerves in the victims body which allow them to feel pain, meaning that instead of being just immobile, you're immobile and in ridiculous pain.
Regardless, I still think Kurotsuchi wouldn't make a bad tickler because a) that long-ass fingernail has to serve SOME purpose and b) he can extend his arm and one of his ear...cup...things that could probably make some pretty cool ropes.
...that and I'm sure he could develop a tickling enhancing serum if he wanted to ^_^

I learned a long time ago that most people in this community don't care if something is realistic or not, so long as they get tickling. Explaining how it is or is not possible may help some enjoy it more, but the masses could care less. As an artist, thats somewhat disappointing to know, but whatever. Kudos to you, though, for pointing this out. It reminds me of something I would do.

I dont believe you have decapitated his idea if anything you have actually made it better. Afterall I am sure one of our various artists could cook up a character with a weapon that can cause paralysis leaving the subject totally helpless yet able to feel without the pain aspect.

All it takes is a little bit of imagination and you can turn a great idea into an perfect idea. 😉
