I realize this is a little late, but at 2 a.m. on the Oh (Oxygen?) channel, there is a show on called Bliss. It is a series, this particular episode is called "amazon" and is about a female hockey goalie.
She gets rib tickled twice in the show. The first is a drawn out scene where her boyfriend tickles her on the ribs on the ice while she giggles and begs, and then later gets her again in the locker room briefly.
