I'm looking for a certain picture (photo, non-cartoon). It has a blonde girl with her hands tied up. Her hands are tied with a red bandanna. She is getting one foot tickled by a guy who appears to be wearing a sports jersey or a sweater. He's tickling her on a couch. She is barefoot.
It was on Google for a few years, but I can't find it anymore. I had a copy of it on my old computer. I've searched here and in Tickle Theater. It's possible that I missed the post that had it, but there is so much stuff here and out there. Sometimes it happens, as you know. To the best of my knowledge, it's not here.
I don't recall what kind of website it was on. I think the website is gone now.
