long time ago i saw a pic on Sole Patrol, where a blonde (at least i think she was blonde) was getting her bare feet tickled in stocks and her hands were untied and she was trying desperately to reach her feet.

this is my most favorite pic, and i can't find it since my computer crasshed.

can someone pretty please help me?
