One day a blonde and brunette were on an elevator. When it stopped on the third floor, the door opened and a man got on and stood next to the brunette. The brunette glanced over at the man and saw that he had dandruff all over his shoulders. Then the elevator went up to the fifth floor and the blone and brunette got off. As they were walking, the brunette said to the blonde, "That guy needs some 'Head and Shoulders.'" To which the blonde replied, ".....How do you give shoulders?"
